Hi Tim (and all),

I wanted to make a point to let folks know that Outlook is my #1 priority,
with a bullet 
(if for no other reason than I'm shifting to using it much of the time).  
Note the mailer header on this email <grin>.  [Fairness note:  I'm still
using
Thunderbird heavily, particularly on my other computers.  It's hard to
switch
away from an app you love to eat dogfood...]

But you'll find Outlook bug reports get a great deal of my attention,
and Rob and Aric and a few others have been going great guns on
fixing bugs in Outlook; our next release will feature those fixes.

So if you have an Outlook issue, please file a ticket; we're doing
our best to jump on and fix those issues quickly.  (Of course,
remember that I'm management, and it's my job to make wild eyed
promises; please insert a bit of reality adjustment about what we
can realistically accomplish <grin>).
