[cw-discuss] EuroTalk TalkNow fails with sound error, Wine 0.9.31

I've tried this software on many Wine and CX versions over the past year or so and it always fails at different places.  It seems very close!  I contacted EuroTalk technical support, and they couldn't help.  I'm posting this on this list mainly for the benefit of Google searchers, and anyone thinking of buying that software.  Don't buy EuroTalk TalkNow if you want to run it on Linux!  It's a shame because it looks like it's very very close to running, and if EuroTalk cared about this at all they could probably release a Linux-friendly version very easily.
