If it helps, it frustrates and maddens us that we can't move
any faster either; we're doing our all out best, and sometimes
it seems woefully inadequate.  We would *love* for Quicken 2007
to work perfectly, for example; it's just hard.

But it's the kind words and the support that helps us to
keep going, so thanks.
