[cw-discuss] Buying for computer not online

Hi Matt,

First, any email sent to our sales account should get
answered rather quickly; our average is about a 6 hour
turnaround (although we do take evenings and weekends off).
If you've gone longer than that, then your email likely got
eaten by someone's spam filter.

Now Mondays are a bit slower, as we have a larger
backlog to catch up from, so if you sent it over the weekend,
the reply will trickle out late today, most likely.

But you can 'unlock' a trial version with a small download,
but it does require an internet connection.

So if you have dialup right now, you should be able to
purchase and then 'register' the trial easily and be
good to go.

Thanks for the support!

Cheers,

Jeremy
