[cw-discuss] [OT] Adding an unsubscribe notice

Actually, it's not that no one reads the 'unsubscribe' procedure.  It's that it doesn't
work.

I've made multiple attempts to unsubscribe from the webpage, and never once did I
recieve the confirmation email, even though the page says its been sent.  And I still
(obviously) am recieving  the digest.

In the old days, simply replying with 'unsubscribe' worked beautifully.  I was hoping as
a last ditch effort that maybe it did this time as well.  Apparently not.
