[cw-discuss] [OT] Adding an unsubscribe notice

This mailing list should have a clearer unsubscribing procedure, to
deal with the recent surge of people who can't be bothered to
understand how a mailing list works (Mac users, I suspect... yeah I
know what I just said will frustrate some people, but the recent
addition of Mac support to Crossover and the "please remove me" wave
of spam are definitely linked).

Maybe add a short "to unsubscribe, go there" notice or something like
that in the mailing list's automatically appended footer. This won't
cut the spam completely but I'm sure it will at least reduce it.
