Has anyone had any luck getting the WebEx player to successfully run?

It's one of the few apps that forces me to boot back into Windows at work
when I'm coding/developing on Linux.

Our QA guys will make recordings to document a problem using the WebEx
recorder, so I'm forced to use the format to view the defect tickets.

I tried running the webex player by invoking /opt/cxoffice/bin/wine, passing
it the path to ATAUTHOR.EXE.  The app and/or wine crashes.

If I have no luck with CrossOver / Wine, I'll be installing VMWare server
for those occasions when I just don't want the trouble of dual booting back
and forth just to view WebEx files.
