The Outlook I use at work (2003) requires us to press & hold the [Control] key while clicking on the link to activate it. Yours may work the same way. I don't know if this can be changed (I'm a Mac guy), but there may be some dialog somewhere that allows changes of this sort. Hope that helps! Joe.
