I just noticed in your log file that you are installing in a Win2000 bottle.  You should try installing in a win98 bottle and post the results.

We're doing all triage of the beta in the beta center;
there are places to file a beta report (which I would appreciate),
and forums where you can ask for advice.  That is located here:

In the long term, the equivalent becomes the paid support
and the forums in the compatibility center.
