FWIW, Siebel won't correctly start on Linux. The big issue there seems
to be that it wants specific patches applied to IE. I was able to
apply some of them, but there is one I wasn't able to apply. It may
just have been that I failed to apply the patches in the right order.
I will have to experiment a little more on Linux.
