Thanks for providing ammo to my argument.

Andrew and I had a fight over how to name bottles.  I wanted
to call them something like:  Works Best (win98), Works Fine (win2000),
Experimental only (winxp), but Andrew insisted that the plain names were fine.

Here is the key concept:
  The lower the version we report to your application, the less complex
your application will try to be, and the greater the chance that your
application will work correctly.

Not now; they may be supported some day in the future, but that will be
a while from now.
