[cw-discuss] Specify Drive Letters on CX Mac?

I can't for the life of me find this setting, and my creaky memory
declares I was capable of doing this on Linux -

We have an application (Pelican Profiles) that runs straight off a
network share, doesn't get "installed" on client desktops, but does* use
a client-side .lnk shortcut, with runtime arguments that target the
drive letter of the sharepoint the actual application/data reside on.
So, really two problems:

1) How to generate/modify .LNKs from CX Mac;

2) How to specify the drive letter in CX Mac (short of just making all
the alphabetical sharepoints in order until we hit the 'right' letter)

I'm sorry if I've missed something in the docs, but I've been unable to
find any promising references, and thought it might just not be coded
into the beta yet.

The promising bit is, the app will start up to a point, and then
complain when it can't find this share... So, hopefully, using the
shortcut to launch it will resolve all our issues.

Thanks!
