I installed Avaya IP Softphone R5.2, but it will not boot. I believe it needs a TAPI driver for Win2000 or XP. Where can I download one. Also-DeLorme Street Atlas 2006 will boot, but the USB port is not recognized by the software and the LT-20 is not usable. Using a MacBook. Any suggestions? Paul Christensen
