Hi Boris,

You need to run the setup program at least once, so it can
create a default bottle for you.

But /opt/cxoffice/bin/wine --cx-app <your-exe-name-here> --bottle <your-bottle-here>

will generally run an installed application.  An alternate is:

  /opt/cxoffice/bin/wine --bottle <your-bottle-here> <explicit-path-to-exe-file>
