Not just advocates but any logged in (to prevent abuse) user should be able 
to report that an app works for them. The more the merrier I would think. 
Nor should there be a limit of only one app like with voting. I understand 
CodeWeavers can not test or support every app, but if ten diffrent people 
report one works I think it is safe to say it works. "Unsupported, but 
*known* to work." sounds much better than "Unknown and untested".

Instead of "rank" perhaps an estimated percentage of functionality would be 
more useful. Human nature being what it is, people have a tendency to rank 
apps they like higher than ones they dislike. Even if both run equally 
well.

Just my 2 cents worth...
