[cw-discuss] codeweaver beta vote ethics

Hi,

I suppose you misunderstand the idea of votes.
Votes are to show what applications are the customers interested in.
They are not to show how nice an application works.

So if you want an application to work flawlessly and you are a customer
then you vote for this app, and codeweaver people know, that if they
support it, you will be willing to spend money eg. for support
extension. And they know how many licenses you have so they can assume
how much money they will get.

If you are not a customer but a potential one, you just say, I will pay
you amount of money if you make this application work.

This is more or less how it works (in my understanding).

Regards,

Olaf
