I also find it *extremely* annoying. The whole point of a mailing list
is to have all questions answered publicly so it creates some sort of
knowledge base. IMHO not having a "reply-to" that automatically points
to the list address encourages private posts and therefore completely
defeats the intended purpose of the list. Anyway, I hope this will be
eventually fixed.
