I have the same problem. Installs find, but cannot find the exchange server. I am "investigating" the exchange side of things. What version of Exchange are you trying to connect to? I know there are "issues" with Exchange 5.5

Has anyone got Outlook 2003 w/ Exchange working with the latest 6.0 beta?

it installs fine... can enter exchange server info.... but then get an RPC error.  i saw some reports of the Mac version working.  is this true?
