    Probably the best way to do this is by using the 'Run Command...' 
option in crossover.  It takes a windows-style command line, so you 
should be able to enter something like:

"C:\My Folder\SomeProgram.exe" "arg1" "arg2"

There's also the option to create a ready-made menu option out of a 
command-line.  I'm not sure if that option is in the released version, 
but it will be present in future releases.
