John,
If you're using CrossOver Professional, you can pick a bottle,
and make an rpm out of it; that's how I'd recommend doing
distribution.
If you're not, you can pick a bottle and 'create an archive'
from within the setup tool.
Then, on the target machine, you can 'restore an archive',
and it should exactly replicate the bottle for the other user.
