[cxtest-users] requirements of the root user

The requirement for being root was removed ages ago (I was very much 
against it). Of course if you are not root cxtest will not be able to 
mount ISO files but I believe it is possible to premount them and have 
cxtest use them. However I have not played with cxtest in a long time 
too :-(
