I got it figured out. Thanks for the help.
I just realised that I waxed over the README in the docs section of the
cxtest site. I read thought the advocates quick start and pieces of the
others to get cxtest up and running and forgot to go back through the rest
of the docs. Sorry, I'll pay closer attention next time. ;-)

Jozef,
Here are the results of the two commands you mentioned.
root at dragon:/dev # chown test:users loop*
root at dragon:/dev # ll -d loop*
drwxr-xr-x 2 test users 60 Sep 19 06:20 loop
brw-rw---- 1 test users 7, 0 Sep 19 06:51 loop0
brw-rw---- 1 test users 7, 1 Sep 19 06:51 loop1

brw-rw---- 1 test users 7, 5 Sep 19 06:51 loop5

brw-rw---- 1 test users 7, 7 Sep 19 06:51 loop7
root at dragon:/sbin # chmod +s losetup
root at dragon:/sbin # ll losetup
-rwsr-sr-x 1 root root 22724 Mar 17 2005 losetup
Here is what the log shows for the install afterward.

Any ideas? Is there a doc I should have read that gives some more details
on using pre-built packages in cxtest, such as variables that need to be
set and such?
Thanks again,
Tim...
