[cxtest-users] Fedora Core 4 configure problem

Hi,
Has anyone else got cxtest compiling on Fedora Core 4? On my system here it
fails configure with

checking menu.h usability... yes
checking menu.h presence... yes
checking for menu.h... yes
checking checking for static menu library... not found
configure: error: *** Can't find static menu library (maybe you need the
static ncurses or gpm libraries) ***

I've got all of the ncurses and gpm packages that I could find installed.
The needed libs are in /usr/lib
