[cxtest-users] Heads up on servers moving

Folks,

We're moving ISPs, and switching over to shiny new
web servers at the same time.

The cxtest.org site was the first one we've moved,
and this is just a heads up to let you know of the change
(and kind of a test to make sure it does <grin>).
