[cxtest-patches] package/cxpro_nb fails with LANG != en_US/en_GB/C/POSIX

Hello,

with a locale like LANG=de_DE.UTF-8 the cxpro_nb.sh script fails due to 
the different names of the dialogs.
A possible solution can be found in the attachment.

Q: If $LANG != "" and no encoding is given, should  LANG=en_US or LANG=C 
(posix/POSIX) be used?
(If a encoding is used, en_US makes more sense than "C".)
